No. Workflow Spy tracks app names and time spent in each app — nothing more. It does not record keystrokes, take screenshots, or access clipboard contents. Employees are informed before installation, and HIPAA mode is available for healthcare environments, which strips all window titles and URLs from the data.
What data do you collect?
We collect: app names, window titles (optional, disabled in HIPAA mode), and time spent per app. We never collect keystrokes, clipboard contents, passwords, or screenshots. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
