Pick a channel + a keyword. Every Slack message containing the keyword auto-creates a row in your chosen Notion database within ~5 minutes — turns Slack into a structured intake.
Every 5 minutes, AI Secretary polls the Slack channel you pick for messages posted since the last tick. Any message containing your configured keyword (case-insensitive substring match — "demo request", "bug", "decision", etc.) creates a new page in your chosen Notion database with the message text, author, timestamp, and a Slack permalink in the body. Bot messages and system messages (channel joins, etc.) are filtered out so only real human posts trigger matches. Watermarked per install — no duplicates, no misses, even if Slack or Notion has a transient outage. Requires BOTH a connected Slack workspace and a connected Notion workspace; the install flow shows separate Connect buttons. The bot must be invited to the source Slack channel before install, and the destination Notion database must be shared with the integration.
