Every new row in your chosen Notion database (with an email) auto-becomes a HubSpot contact within ~5 minutes — turn your Notion lead-list into a CRM pipeline without copy-paste.
Every 5 minutes, AI Secretary queries the Notion database you pick during install for rows created since the last sync, and creates a HubSpot contact for each row that has an email. Maps the Notion title → HubSpot first-name + last-name (split on first space), and the email property → HubSpot email. Idempotent on email: if HubSpot already has a contact with that email, the row is silently skipped (no error, no duplicate). The Notion database MUST have an email property (type "Email" or named "Email"/"E-mail") — the install fails fast if not. Requires BOTH a connected Notion workspace and a connected HubSpot portal. The Notion integration must be shared with the source database before install.
