After every meeting, AI Secretary creates a structured Notion recap page with the lead's info, your booking message, and placeholder sections for notes and next steps — ready for you to fill in.
Once a day, AI Secretary checks for meetings that ended in the last 25 hours and creates one Notion page per meeting in the database you pick during install. Each page has properties (lead name, email, meeting date) plus a structured body: a "Meeting details" section, the lead's booking note, and empty "Notes" + "Next steps" sections you fill in by hand. Skips cancelled + no-show meetings. The Notion integration must be shared with the destination database before install. Pairs well with the booking-database-sync automation — that one captures the booking; this one captures what came out of the meeting.
Before this automation runs on your machine, Computer Spy asks 1 question about your current workflow. The script that lands on your machine reflects your answers — not a generic default. Preview the questions below; you'll fill them in after install starts.
Pick the Notion database where AutoSync should create a recap page for each completed meeting. Make sure to share the database with the SEO Handoff AutoSync integration first (in Notion: open the database, click ... → Connections → Add SEO Handoff AutoSync).
