Every new meeting booked on AI Secretary auto-creates a row in your chosen Notion database within a few minutes — so your team's CRM-of-record stays in sync without copy-paste.
Every 5 minutes, AI Secretary checks for new confirmed bookings on your AI Secretary booking page and creates one page per booking in the Notion database you pick during install. We introspect your database's schema once at install time and map our standard fields (lead name → title property, lead email → email property, slot date → date property, booking message → first rich-text property) so it works with most CRM-style databases out of the box. Bookings are watermarked per install — no duplicates, no misses. The Notion integration must be shared with the destination database before install (in Notion: open the database, click "..." → Connections → Add SEO Handoff AI Secretary).
