Pulls every contact modified in the last 25 hours from your HubSpot portal and writes a deterministic warmth score to a custom property called seohandoff_lead_score. Score considers: has-email, has-company, has-jobtitle, lifecycle stage, page views (capped at 30). v1 is rule-based; AI scoring is a Phase D1.5 follow-up. The custom property is created on install, so no setup work in HubSpot.
