Every new HubSpot contact auto-creates a structured page in your chosen Notion database within ~15 minutes — perfect for teams that run Notion as a CRM-extender.
Mirror of the Slack-alert bridge but writes to Notion instead. Every 15 minutes, AI Secretary polls your HubSpot portal for contacts created since the last alert and creates one Notion database page per new contact. Each page has properties (name, email, created date) plus a structured body section with contact details + a HubSpot deeplink. Watermarked per install — no duplicates, no misses. Requires BOTH a connected HubSpot portal and a connected Notion workspace; the install flow shows separate "Connect" buttons. The Notion integration must be shared with the destination database before install.
Before this automation runs on your machine, Computer Spy asks 2 questions about your current workflow. The script that lands on your machine reflects your answers — not a generic default. Preview the questions below; you'll fill them in after install starts.
Pick the Notion database where AutoSync should create a page per new HubSpot contact. Make sure to share the database with the SEO Handoff AutoSync integration first (in Notion: open the database, click ... → Connections → Add SEO Handoff AutoSync).
Optional. Only create a Notion page when the new contact's lifecyclestage matches one of these (e.g. lead, marketingqualifiedlead, salesqualifiedlead). Leave empty to capture every new contact regardless of stage. Custom stages from your portal also work — pass them as-is.
Answer 2 questions about your workflow. Computer Spy's AI builds a PowerShell script tailored to your answers and pushes it to your machine. No code, no manual setup — your custom automation lands inside 60 seconds.
