Starts OneDrive, detects sign-in, opens the Back Up Folders wizard so you tick Desktop/Documents/Pictures.
Verifies OneDrive.exe (installs via winget if missing), launches it in the background, detects whether a Personal or Business account is signed in via HKCU\Software\Microsoft\OneDrive\Accounts, and opens the Back Up Folders wizard (odopen://launch/?backupnow=1) or the sign-in flow as appropriate. Customer selects Desktop/Documents/Pictures in the wizard and clicks Start backup.
